What is the Best Album Art Downloader Out There?
Up until recently, we were just kind of screwed…
Thankfully though, a couple of really smart people came out with a couple of programs that can declare their programs “the best album art downloader programs available”. But how do we know this for sure?
Let’s take a look.
To the best of my knowledge, there are two different, yet really reliable programs that we can use – Tune Up (which is a complete WASTE!!!) and Rinse. They pretty much do the same thing addressing the major issues that we all face with iTunes -
- Duplicate Songs
- Missing Album Artwork
- Missing Song Information
- Organizing Your iTunes Library
Now in order to determine which program will best suit you, we need to figure out what your number one goals is. If you are looking for the best album art downloader program, that I believe that Rinse is the way to go. In my opinion, Rinse’s ability to identify and fix all the missing album art is bar-none better than Tune Up.
Rinse by RealNetwork will do more than just fill in the missing artwork. It can quickly find all the duplicates in your library, fill in the missing song information, and really just organize your library in a matter of minutes.
Like I said, it’s a matter of what it is that you’re exactly looking for.
Either way, I ended up purchasing both programs just to see what they’re like and I am QUITE partial to Rinse. All and all, Rinse provides so much more than Tune Up ever will include an easier interface.
Well I hope this was able to help a little bit. I know I have not regretted buying either of these programs so I think you’ll feel the same way!
